眾學篇。罪無眼量，故云眾；易犯難持故令學。唯此篇題，與前逈異。

Chapter on Sekhiya (Training Rules). Transgressions [here] are without an obvious limit, hence called 'numerous'; easy to violate and difficult to uphold, hence one is ordered to 'train'. Only the title of this chapter is completely different from the previous ones.
