名字中。名即是字，連綿為語，無勞強分。（《業疏》破者，彼明問遮，名字須別，然非今意。）持犯兩名，竝望受體違順為名，尋文可見。

In "Names": 名 (name) is just 字 (character); they are used as a compound word, so there is no need to forcefully distinguish them. (Where the Karma Commentary refutes this, it clarifies questioning the obstacles to ordination, where name and character must be distinct, but that is not the intention here.) The two names of maintenance and violation are both named in view of violation or accordance with the reception-essence, as can be seen by examining the text.
