乞詞。有五，初囑僧專意；次句自稱己名；三犯故等者，陳露所犯；四今從僧下，正申所懇；五願僧等者，乞副所求。

The words of supplication: there are five parts. First, one enjoins the saṃgha to pay single-minded attention; the next phrase states one's own name; third, "having committed... and so forth" discloses what was committed; fourth, from "now from the saṃgha" below, one directly conveys one's earnest request; fifth, "may the saṃgha, etc." begs for the fulfillment of what is sought.
