2.2185

斥世中，初示其偏計。又下，決彼所據。此文未了者，無所簡故，或可且就誤犯為言。須論解者，論即三論。當下，會通律論。正下，以理結責。

In refuting contemporary [views]: first, their one-sided grasping is shown. From "furthermore..." onward, what they rely on is evaluated. That this text is not definitive is because it makes no distinctions; or perhaps it may be spoken provisionally regarding mistaken violations. That which requires the explanation of treatises: the treatises refer to the three treatises. From "shall..." onward, it reconciles the Vinaya and the treatises. From "correctly..." onward, it concludes the criticism with reason.
