根本中，初科又二，初標舉。先下，示法。準前須五，一請主，二說相，三捨罪，如文次列；餘詞同上，即呵誓二法。

Under "Root", the first section has two parts: first, the setting forth. From "First" onward presents the ritual. Following the previous [pattern], five [conditions] are required: first, requesting a presiding [monk]; second, stating the marks; third, giving up the offense, as listed sequentially in the text; the remaining wording is the same as above, namely the two rites of admonition and vowing.
