初緣，三寶物中，先簡知事。初科，上句徵覈何故先明。若下，示意。如後者，即互用及瞻待中。

In the first condition, property of the Triratna, it first screens the stewards. In the first section, the upper phrase investigates why it is clarified first. From "If..." onward, it shows the intention. "As later" refers to mutual use and looking after.
