三中，引論有二節。初自用者，論云：與佛物同，復犯重罪。壞法身者，同逆業故。若有下，即次段。論作得受使用，言為佛受用也；今變其語云不得者，遮餘人也。下指後戒者，彼云：施軍器應打壞，樂器許賣等。

In the third [part], quoting the treatise has two sections. First, regarding using it oneself, the treatise states: 'It is the same as the Buddha's property, and one further commits a grave offense.' Because destroying the Dharma-body is equivalent to deeds of immediate retribution. 'If there is,' and so forth, is the next section. The treatise says that one may accept and use it, meaning accepting and using it on behalf of the Buddha; now changing its words to say 'one may not' is to ward off other people. Below, pointing to the later precept refers to where that [text] states: 'If weapons of war are offered, they should be broken and destroyed; musical instruments are permitted to be sold,' and so forth.
