不可奪中，初科；前明主心決捨，不約賊心。縱下，次明賊心決取，不問主心。此同前斷，但約對面為異。

In what may not be seized, the first section: first it clarifies that the owner's mind resolutely relinquishes it, without considering the thief's mind. 'Even if,' and so forth, next clarifies that the thief's mind resolutely takes it, regardless of the owner's mind. This is identical to the preceding ruling, differing only in being face-to-face.
