次句。但約口斷即犯。《善見》二節，初約盜地。僧皆重者，以同情故。若下，二約斷諍。違理判與者，能判犯也；違理判得者，所判犯也。下引《四分》，即約辯說。文如前引。

The next phrase: the offense is incurred simply by oral decision. The Samantapāsādikā has two sections: first, regarding the theft of land. "The entire Saṃgha is grave" because of sharing the same intent. From "If…" downward: second, regarding settling disputes. The one who adjudicates contrary to principle and grants it incurs the offense of the adjudicator; the one who contrary to principle is adjudicated to receive it incurs the offense of the adjudicated.
