互向中。比丘向女，如前可知；女向比丘麁語，比丘領意，亦同前犯。歎身同故，探前點之。

In "Reciprocal addressing": that a bhikṣu addresses a woman can be known from the preceding; if a woman addresses coarse words to a bhikṣu and the bhikṣu grasps the intention, it is also identical to the preceding offense. Because the praise of the body is identical, it refers ahead to point it out.
