In offenses, the explanation of the sixth text has five sections: first, based on the completeness or lack of the three periods, determining the grades of the offense. Having all three is knowable. Having two means receiving and going without reporting back. Having one means receiving without going. From "if receiving..." downward, the second clarifies the four kinds of circumstantial divergence, three being lighter and one being graver. The note clarifies the latter one: because the woman is still alive, the illness may well recover. From "except..." downward, the third clarifies that it is not the principal path. Question: a woman has three paths, why only exclude two? Answer: although the mouth admits sexual lust, it is not the original intention of matchmaking; even if it happens, it also belongs to other parts of the body. From "if matchmaking..." downward, the fourth excludes different retributions. From "the *Mahīśāsaka*..." downward, the fifth clarifies that the matter is not completed.
