Under "Non-offenses," first it indicates generally. From "Truly has..." downward specifically distinguishes the five truths. Possessing all five constitutes an exception; lacking one constitutes an offense. The second relates to the mind; the rest all relate to the objective support. "Zhēn shí" is a scribal error; according to the commentary, it should be "zhēn jìng shí" (true objective support being real), meaning that the one addressed is not mistaken. "Conception being true" means the conceptual mind considers it impure. From "If..." downward gives the overall summary. The treatise's exception requires possessing all five truths, while conversely an offense rests on merely one falsehood. Afterwards, it cites two vinayas to specifically verify the fifth: even if one knows there is a real offense, [misrepresenting] one for another also constitutes slander.
