三十捨墮，名兼罪懺，律本隨戒並列悔法。故獨此篇指懺；如後，即懺篇也。

Thirty Niḥsargika-Pāyattika: The name encompasses both offense and confession; the vinaya root texts, alongside each precept, all list the method of repentance. Hence this class alone points to repentance; 'as below' means the chapter on confession.
