次異想中。言奪等者，律列四想；此但明奪，餘三下指同。本律但開不犯，不明更開，故引《十誦》決之。

Next, in [the section on] discrepant conceptions: regarding "being robbed and so forth," the vinaya lists four conceptions; here it only clarifies being robbed, and the remaining three are indicated below as identical. The root vinaya only allows that there is no offense, but does not clarify further exceptions, so it cites the Daśādhyāya-vinaya to determine it.
