釋第五中，標云泛列者。律明無緣，止約迦提一月五月。今通括諸開，於此廣示故也。

Under "Explaining the Fifth": regarding the heading stating "listing generally": the Vinaya, in clarifying absence of cause, is restricted only to the kathina period of one month or five months. Here, all exceptions are collectively encompassed and extensively shown at this point.
