明制中，初引經。則下，斥非。古記云：即相部疏，彼據律文，謂言作屋聽受金寶。以文不顯，須經決破，如註所明。然律得受，準須付他，如《輕重儀》中委破。正解即下釋戒文中。

Under clarifying prohibitions: first, sūtras are cited. From "then" downward refutes errors. An ancient record states: this refers to the Xiangbu Commentary; relying on the Vinaya text, it claimed that for building houses, receiving gold and jewels was permitted. Because the text is not obvious, it must be resolved and refuted through the sūtras, as explained in the note. However, when the Vinaya permits receiving, it must by standard be entrusted to others, as thoroughly refuted in the Protocols on Heavy and Light.
