次科，初明犯報。由下，釋報輕；上二句明醻本業；下二句明酬違制。

In the next section, it first clarifies offenses and retribution. From 'Due to...' onward, it explains the lightness of retribution; the upper two lines explain the repayment of the fundamental karma; the lower two lines explain the repayment of violating the instituted rule.
