次不善心者。謂貪瞋癡三毒所起，單複等分，鼓發七支故。

Next, the unwholesome mind: This refers to what arises from the three poisons of greed, anger, and delusion—whether single, combined, or in equal proportions—stirring and bringing forth the seven paths of action.
