引誡中，《十誦》，初示制急。羅漢聖人，雖無故犯；欲顯過重，極誡凡夫，故同一制。如下，喻顯女情，意令遠離。此律即那律緣起。餘下，正責。拒抗謂特違聖制。

Under citing admonitions, the Daśādhyāya-vinaya first indicates the strictness of the prohibition. Although an arhat or holy person commits no deliberate violation, in order to show the gravity of the fault and thoroughly admonish worldlings, they are placed under the same prohibition. Below "as," it uses a simile to show women's lustful nature, intending to cause one to stay far away. This Vinaya refers to Aniruddha's originating circumstance. Below "the rest," it directly reproves. "Resisting" means deliberately violating the holy prohibition.
