Under non-offenses there are three. First, not knowing is contrary to the third condition, meaning delusion regarding the teaching. Not conceiving it to be coarse refers to delusion in mind. Deluded about the grave, taking it to be light, speaking of it still incurs a duṣkṛta; deluded about existence, taking it to be non-existent, there is no offense. Having previously heard it from white-robed laymen means it was not due to one's own speaking. The Vinaya further lists cases where the Saṃgha dispatches one to speak.
