不犯有十。初作法開，下九皆以若字間讀。墼謂土塊。除經行土者，因損苔草故。

There are ten non-offenses. First is an exception based on proper procedure; the nine below are all interspersed with the word "if." A brick-block means a block of earth. Removing earth from a walking path is because it damages moss and grass.
