《多論》三種：初受，二捉，三不受不捉。文中共宿經夜吉者，即內宿罪。初不共宿亦吉者，疏云：以心貯畜故犯。《四分》無文，義豈通許。
The Sarvāstivāda Vinaya Vibhāṣā has three kinds: first, received; second, held; third, neither received nor held. In the text, staying overnight with it incurring a duṣkṛta refers to the offense of overnight storage within. First, not staying overnight with it also incurring a duṣkṛta: the Commentary states that because one stored it mentally, one commits an offense. The Dharmaguptaka-vinaya has no text for this; how could it in principle be permitted?
