三中。令淨人斷價，離販賣故。得自選者，由非己物不成觸故。即覓比丘加者，有則就市，無則還寺；不然，且令淨人持還，後從手受，事則容緩。不過限者，時內不過中，非時不過須臾。

In the third: causing a pure person to settle the price is to avoid commerce. That one may select it oneself is because not being one's own property, it does not constitute touch. Immediately seeking a bhikṣu to perform the verbal authorization: if there is one, do so right in the marketplace; if none, return to the monastery; otherwise, provisionally have the pure person carry it back, and receive it later from their hand, in which case the matter is relaxed. "Not exceeding the limit": within the proper time, not exceeding noon; at improper times, not exceeding a moment.
