三中，初引《善見》。二指諸部。三示此方。《業疏》云：西來鐵熏，由牢固者，解熏法也。

In the third section, first the *Samantapāsādikā* is cited. Second, the diverse vinayas are pointed to. Third, this region is indicated. The *Karma Commentary* says: "The iron smoking from the west is due to firmness," which explains the method of smoking.
