三中，引論，初明上法。在樹下者，謂雨時也。受下，次明中法。雨歸屋下，與上為異。覆處少損故，得用僧物。

In the third, citing the treatise: First, the higher practice is explained. "Being under a tree" refers to when it rains. From "Receives..." onward, next the medium practice is explained. Returning under a roof when it rains differs from the higher one. Because covered places sustain little damage, one may use the Saṃgha's belongings.
