次科。《四分》明制緣。《僧祇》示開通。《十誦》會名。等供約賦遍，等得約受足，等即是同。隨意即任噉。《五分》結犯，文明尼犯；下眾小罪，僧應準同。《十誦》別緣，待得遍句絕。

"Equal offering" refers to distribution being universal; "equal obtaining" refers to receiving sufficiently; "equal" means the same. "As one pleases" means eating as one likes. The Pañcavargika concludes the offense; the text clearly mentions a nun committing the offense; for the lower assemblies, it is a minor offense, and monks should follow the same. The Daśādhyāya has a distinct circumstance, where the phrase "waiting until it is obtained universally" breaks off.
