In the fourth [part], the Dharmaguptaka clarifies the equality of persons. The "two assemblies" refers to the two groups [of monks and nuns], meaning all five assemblies share in it. Placing monks before and nuns behind is based on the early hour of the day. Next, it cites sūtra texts to encourage eating equally. Its full title is King Brahmadatta Sūtra, translator lost. The saṃghabhakta refers to making the food of uniform flavor, which is different from the aforementioned equal offering.
