3.830

三中，《四分》。禮僧，止於四座，以成眾故；餘座不禮，恐勞擾故。思惟，即禪定；禮誦同之。《十誦》。時見，謂近處也。

In the third section, from the Dharmaguptaka-vinaya: bowing to the Saṃgha stops at four seats, because this constitutes a saṃgha; one does not bow to the remaining seats, for fear of causing disturbance and toil. 'Contemplation' refers to dhyāna; bowing and chanting are the same. From the Daśādhyāya-vinaya: 'seeing from time to time' refers to a nearby place.
