次科，初示僧制。若下，明筵留。不語知者，恐追伴故，仍安慰之。給糧食者，準須出己，必非常住。

In the next section, first, the Saṃgha regulations are shown. 'If...' onwards explains detaining with hospitality: not informing them is for fear of them pursuing their companions, yet one comforts them. Giving provisions must be provided from one's own property; it must not come from the permanent property of the Saṃgha.
