次科，《三千》中。不與師坐，不僣上也。《十誦》，初制起他。謂恃己陵物也。乃下，次制濫下。

The next section: In the Three Thousand [Deportments], not sitting together with one's teacher means not usurping those above. The Daśādhyāya-vinaya first prohibits making others stand up, which refers to relying on oneself to oppress others. "Even" below next prohibits being overbearing toward subordinates.
