次科。罪相繁多，約心總攝，且列五種，故云等也。愛親求利屬貪，嫉即屬瞋，慳即是癡；還即三毒，為惡業本。（不必將此色上三俞。）下指《別鈔》，未詳何文，今見《業疏》。

In the next section: the aspects of transgression are numerous; when summarized according to the mind, five kinds are provisionally listed, hence it says “and so forth.” Cherishing relatives and seeking gain belong to greed; jealousy belongs to anger; stinginess is delusion. These return to the three poisons as the root of evil karma. (One need not force these into the three analogies above.) Below, it indicates the Separate Notes; it is not yet clear which text this refers to, but it is now found in the Karma Commentary.
