（《僧祇》云：「作白已，問僧『成就不？』乃至羯磨第一、第二、第三亦如是。」《十誦》云：「羯磨受戒時，當一心聽，莫餘覺、餘思惟，應敬重，當正思惟，心心相憶念，應分別之，違者突吉羅。」）

(The Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya says, "Having made the jñapti, one asks the saṃgha, 'Is it accomplished or not?' and so on through the first, second, and third karmans as well." The Daśādhyāya-vinaya says, "When the karman for receiving the precepts is being performed, one should listen single-mindedly, without other sensations or other thoughts; one should be reverent, should reflect correctly, and maintain continuous mindful remembrance, distinguishing it clearly. If one violates this, it is a duṣkṛta.")
