「大德！眾僧今日自恣，我比丘某甲亦自恣。若有見聞疑罪，願大德長老哀愍故語我，我若見罪，當如法懺悔。」（三說。）

"Bhadanta! Today the assembly of the Saṃgha performs pravāraṇā; I, the bhikṣu N.N., also perform pravāraṇā. If there are offenses seen, heard, or suspected, I pray that the bhadantas and āyuṣmats will speak out of compassion for me; if I see my offense, I will repent in accordance with the Dharma." (To be spoken three times.)
