非時說戒法（若因鬪諍，令僧不和，令僧別異，分為二部。若能於中改悔，不相發舉，此則名為以法和合。作如是白：）

Off-Season Poṣadha Procedure (If on account of a dispute the saṃgha is caused to be discordant and divided, split into two factions: if they can repent in their midst and cease raising accusations against each other, this is called reconciliation according to the Dharma. One makes the motion as follows:)
