非時說戒法（若因鬪諍，令僧不和合，僧別異分為二部。若能於中改悔，不相舉發，此則名為以法和合。作如是白：）

Procedure for Reciting Precepts at an Irregular Time (If on account of a dispute the saṃgha is not in harmony and the saṃgha divides into two separate factions: if they can repent within their midst and cease accusing one another, this is called reconciliation dhammena. Make the ñatti as follows:)
