攝非時僧施差分物人法（時有住處，現前僧得可分衣物。佛言：「聽分。」分時，有客數來，分衣疲極。應差一人令分，此人應具五法，五法如上。應如是作。）

The procedure for appointing a distributor of goods for appropriating out-of-season gifts given to the saṃgha (At that time, in a certain residence, the present saṃgha obtained divisible robes and goods. The Buddha said: "I permit dividing them." When dividing them, visiting bhikṣus repeatedly arrived, causing great weariness in dividing robes. One person should be appointed to divide them; this person should possess five qualities, the five qualities being as above. It should be performed thus:)
