攝非時僧施差分物人法（若有住處，現前僧得可分衣物。律言：聽分。分時，有客數來，分衣疲極。應差一人令分，此人應具五法，五法如上。應如是作。）

The procedure for appointing an apportioner of goods for a non-seasonal offering to the saṃgha (If at a dwelling place the saṃgha present obtains robes and items that may be distributed, the Vinaya states: It is permitted to distribute them. At the time of distribution, visiting monks frequently arrive, causing great exhaustion in distributing the robes. One should appoint a person to distribute them. This person should possess five qualities, which are as above. It should be performed thus.)
