大德僧聽！此某甲比丘，今從眾僧乞授人具足戒。若僧時到，僧忍聽，僧今與某甲比丘授人具足戒。白如是。
"May the venerable saṃgha listen! This bhikṣu named so-and-so now requests from the assembly of the saṃgha permission to confer the upasampadā upon people. If the time has arrived for the saṃgha, and the saṃgha consents, the saṃgha now grants the bhikṣu named so-and-so permission to confer the upasampadā upon people. Such is the motion."
