大德僧聽某甲比丘，故畜（爾許、眾多）長衣（餘隨種別稱之），過十日，犯捨墮，此衣已捨與僧；僧持此衣還某甲比丘。誰諸長老忍僧持此衣還某甲比丘者默然，誰不忍者說。僧已忍還某甲比丘衣竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。

"May the bhadanta saṃgha listen! Bhikṣu so-and-so intentionally kept [so many / numerous] extra robes (name them differently according to the specific item), and having exceeded ten days, committed forfeiture; these robes have already been forfeited to the saṃgha; the saṃgha takes these robes and returns them to bhikṣu so-and-so. Whichever āyuṣmats approve that the saṃgha takes these robes and returns them to bhikṣu so-and-so, remain silent; whoever does not approve, speak! The saṃgha has already approved returning the robes to bhikṣu so-and-so. Because the saṃgha approves and is silent, thus is this matter maintained."
