淨寶法（因此便明淨寶儀軌。若依此部，別開信樂優婆塞及守園人為淨主，寶付彼人，應語彼言：）

Procedure for making precious items allowable: (Taking this opportunity, the ritual for making precious items allowable is explained. If relying on this school [the Dharmaguptaka], faithful upāsakas and park-keepers are specifically permitted as owners for allowable goods [kappiya-kāraka]. Delivering the precious item to that person, one should say to him:)
