我某甲比丘，故不齊整著僧伽梨，犯（爾許、眾多）突吉羅罪。以故作故，復犯（爾許、眾多）非威儀突吉羅罪。（若誤犯者，即無故犯非威儀罪。應云：）

"I, bhikṣu so-and-so, intentionally wore the saṃghāṭī untidily, committing [this many / numerous] duṣkṛta offenses. Because it was done intentionally, I additionally committed [this many / numerous] breach-of-deportment duṣkṛta offenses." (If committed mistakenly, there is no breach-of-deportment offense of intentional commission. One should say:)
