我某甲比丘，誤不齊整著僧伽梨，犯（爾許、眾多）突吉羅罪（餘隨種名，事別稱之）。我今懺悔，不敢覆藏等。同上。

"I, bhikṣu so-and-so, mistakenly wore the saṃghāṭī untidily, committing [this many / numerous] duṣkṛta offenses (for others, name them distinctly according to the type). I now confess, not daring to conceal them, etc." The rest is the same as above.
