我某甲比丘尼，故不齊整著僧伽梨，犯（爾許、眾多）突吉羅罪。以故作故，復犯（爾許、眾多）非威儀突吉羅罪。（若誤犯者，即無故犯非威儀罪。應云：）

"I, bhikṣuṇī [name], intentionally did not wear the saṃghāṭī evenly, and committed [so many / numerous] duṣkṛta offences. Because it was intentionally done, I have furthermore committed [so many / numerous] improper-deportment duṣkṛta offences." (If it was committed mistakenly, then there is no offence of improper deportment committed intentionally. She should say:)
