我某甲比丘尼，誤不齊整著僧伽梨，犯（爾許、眾多）突吉羅罪（餘隨種名，事別稱之）。我今懺悔，不敢覆藏等。同上。

"I, bhikṣuṇī [name], mistakenly did not wear the saṃghāṭī evenly, and committed [so many / numerous] duṣkṛta offences (the rest should be stated specifically according to the category and the matter). I now repent, not daring to conceal them," and so forth, as above.
