第六念：（謂知病不？有病者云：）我今有病，念當療治。（無病者云：）我今無病，依眾行道。
The sixth recollection: (meaning to know whether one is sick or not. If sick, one says:) 'I am currently sick; I resolve to seek treatment.' (If not sick, one says:) 'I am currently not sick; relying on the assembly, I practice the Way.'
