第六念。知病不病。若有病（應云）我今有病。念當療治。無病直云。今朝無病。依眾行道。

The sixth contemplation is knowing whether one is sick or not sick: If sick, [one should say,] 'I am now sick; I resolve to treat it.' If not sick, one simply says: 'This morning I am not sick; depending on the assembly, I practice the path.'
