第六念：（謂知病不？有病者云：）我今有病，念當療治。（無病者云：）我今無病，依眾行道。
The sixth contemplation: (That is, knowing whether one is sick or not. If sick, one says:) 'I am sick now; I resolve that I should receive treatment.' (If not sick, one says:) 'I am not sick now; I shall practice the path relying on the community.'
