作觸惱羯磨法（時有比丘，眾僧立制不得作餘語已，便觸惱僧：喚來不來，不喚來便來，應起不起，不應起便起，應語不語，不應語便語。佛言：「聽僧與此比丘作白羯磨已，名作觸惱。」作如是白：）

The procedure of the karman for vexatious harassment (At that time, there was a bhikṣu who, after the saṃgha had established the restriction that he must not prevaricate, then harassed the saṃgha: when called to come he would not come, when not called to come he would come; when he ought to stand up he would not stand up, when he ought not to stand up he would stand up; when he ought to speak he would not speak, when he ought not to speak he would speak. The Buddha said: "I permit the saṃgha to perform a ñatti-karman regarding this bhikṣu, after which it is termed vexatious harassment." One should make the ñatti thus:)
