惡馬治法（時有比丘，惡性不受諫語，多犯眾罪。餘比丘語言：「汝犯罪見不？」答言：「不見。」僧應捨棄莫問，語如是言：）

The procedure of punishment as for a vicious horse (At that time, there was a bhikṣu of evil disposition who would not accept words of admonition and committed many communal offenses. The other bhikṣus said to him: "Do you see the offense you committed or not?" He replied: "I do not see it." The saṃgha should cast him aside and question him no further, speaking to him in this manner:)
