3.60

自今已去，與諸比丘結憶念毘尼滅諍，應如是說憶念毘尼。（云何憶念毘尼？彼比丘此罪，更不應舉、不應作憶念。）

"From this day forth, bind the settlement of disputes by the Mindfulness Vinaya for the bhikṣus; one should pronounce the Mindfulness Vinaya thus." (What is the Mindfulness Vinaya? Regarding this offense, that bhikṣu should not be accused again, nor should smṛti-kāraṇa be applied again.)
